Author of Be A Nurse Like Me

Stephanie Peters-Monarch has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for 15 years after completing her Master’s of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. Her program was 32 months of clinical and didactic studies from LSUHSC where she was president of her class. Stephanie obtained her BSN in 1994 at the age of 20 years old from NSU. She wanted to create this book to shed a positive light on the profession of Nursing in a global pandemic. Her passion for her profession and love of children collectively was the driving force that created this educational book. Stephanie has worked in all different areas of nursing before becoming a CRNA with ER and OR nursing as her top favorites.
